I've been using these patches for a while now , i started on the lower strength and moved upto the highe strength ones . They really do help with arthritic pain i have and its great i can stick one on and just forget about it . Definately a game changer and i am so happy i found Tonic and get a regular order 😊
This tea really works - does what it says on the carton!! Never a good sleeper, it has definitely helped me to sleep through. I used to get up in the middle of the night for a pee and not be able to get back to sleep. After drinking this, I now sleep right through the night uninterrupted. I can definitely recommend it.

This is the strongest oil I've tried and I'm glad I did! I have ME and fibromyalgia and really struggle with insomnia but I have to be careful taking anything that increases fatigue symptoms. The 25% oil seems to do the trick...I get to sleep (and generally stay there) but can get up and function the next day...win win! Thanks Tonic!
