I started using this about 3 weeks ago instead of corticosteroid nasal spray and a steroid inhaler which had been prescribed to me by my GP for suspected rhinitis / nasal drip / cough and possible COPD. Back story is I gave up being a smoker of 40 years, about six months ago after getting a bad chest infection.
I can only say that these symptoms are drastically diminished. I believe that the steroid was not helping and maybe, for me, causing more problems. This is definitely more effective for me as well as being kind to my nose

This nasal spray works really. I have rhinitis - a couple off sprays in the morning and at night works great.

This lip balm is great. I get really bad allergies and dry lips. I carry this about with me during the day. It's in a nice wee tin and easy to put on.

I have been using the tye 20mg for a while now. I take one in the morning and at night. It really helps me to feel more relaxed. I get a great sleep. I'm a lot less anxious throughout the day.

The morning after I took this product for the first time, the first thing I noticed was that my legs and feet didn't click, crack or crunch. Totally unheard of for me! I also felt well rested, as though I'd had the best night's sleep ever!

I've been using the product for 10 days and my mind is clearer, less noisy and less foggy. I'm more able to be in loud, busy places because my brain isn't screaming at me. I find this oil so relaxing. A little goes a long way and it's lasted me a fair while. I discovered it when my massage therapist used it and I'll never look back.

I have been struggling with insomnia for years due to my ME, CFS and Fibromyalgia. On a good night I would get maybe 2 or 3 hours a night added together. I also suffer with muscle cramps and pain throughout the night and day.
