Refunds
Our customers needs come first and we want your experience of The Tonic products and services to meet your expectations. If, for whatever reason, you are unhappy with the product you have received, please do not hesitate to contact us within 30 days and we will resolve the issue as swiftly as we can.
Refunds are offered on faulty packaging or products, damaged product due to delivery. We cannot offer refunds if you have used the product and decide it isn't for you. In this scenario, please pass on to a friend so it doesn't go to waste. We say this because it is so rare that someone doesn't experience the benefits of our products.
Should you need to return your item:
We only ask for a product to be returned if you haven't used it and don't want it, or we need to check a fault to report back to our manufacturers.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@thetonictribe.com.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, un-open or unused, with complete branded labels and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase (via email).
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@thetonictribe.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: The Tonic, Unit 32, The Town Hall, St George's Street, Hebden Bridge HX7 7BY.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to get in touch with us and we will treat your order individually and assess your exchange requirements. It might be that you ordered the wrong concentration and want to swap for a different strength, or perhaps you ordered too many. That's all fine! We'll happily swap once the unwanted product is returned in good order. We can refund the difference or charge for any additional costs when we deal with your exchange. Returns are at the cost of the customer.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
