Cancellation policy

If you wish to cancel your order and it is yet to be shipping, you can either log into your account and cancel the order there. Or email or call us 01422844000 and we can cancel it for you.

If it's already been shipped, you will have to arrange a return to us (see our returns policy) and we'll refund the order, minus the initial shipping cost, once we receive it in good order.
