Delivery and returns

Items are posted 5 days a week Monday to Friday (excl Bank Holidays) via our local Post Office here in Hebden Bridge, and ship with Royal Mail. Orders must be made before 12:00 midday, weekdays only, to ship same day.

UK shipping

    • Tracked 24 (1-3 days delivery) £5.10
    • Tracked 48 (3-7 days) £4.10
    • Next day delivery guaranteed by 1pm (inc Saturday) £12.00
    • Free shipping on orders over £150
    • Free local delivery via Cargodale E-bike to Calderdale addresses, minimum order spend £30
    • Pick up from store – FREE. Your confirmation email contains the opening times of the Town Hall reception from where you can collect your order.

Shipping outside the UK

    • £18.00 to select countries
    • The Tonic Tribe Ltd does not take responsibility for customs fees, customs delays and other customs problems and delivery times.
    • We post all items promptly but local couriers determine delivery time.
    • We cannot issue refunds or replacements for orders not cleared by customs or missing once outside the UK.

If, for whatever reason, you are unhappy with the product you have received, please do not hesitate to contact us within 28 days and we will resolve the issue as swiftly as we can.
