Because of the high bioavailability (absorption rate) of CBD, it delivers an increased efficacy of up to x10 that of regular CBD oils.

Dosage

1 spray 1-3 x a day

10ml bottle contains 400mg CBD: 6mg per spray, 1 spray is 0.15ml, 66 sprays per bottle = 0.73p per dose

20ml bottle contains 800mg CBD: 6mg of CBD per spray, 1 spray is 0.15ml, 132 sprays per bottle = 0.68p per dose

How to use

For a quick hit, spray into your mouth and immediately swallow, or add to your bedtime drink or breakfast. For a microdose effect, add a spray to your water bottle and sup throughout the day.
