CAN CBD HELP WITH SLEEP?
There are several reasons why people struggle with their sleep including raised cortisol levels, anxiety/stress, hormone imbalance being some of the most common causes of sleep disruption. CBD works on many levels and has been reported to help with calming the nervous system to reduce stress,
regulating our natural sleep pattern via the Hypothalamus in our brains and balancing hormone secretion.

HOW TO TAKE CBD FOR SLEEP?
Taking CBD regularly is so important for helping regulate your natural sleep pattern and bring your circadium rhythm back into balance. When you take is also very important. To ensure a sleep that isn't interrupted, take it at bedtime and keep beside your bed incase you do wake up, you can have another hit. If you struggle getting off to sleep, take you CBD earlier in the evening, or around dinner time, so you can find some calm in the evening running up to the bedtime.

HOW CAN CBD HELP WITH SLEEP?
If you struggle to get to sleep at all, it could be that you have high cortisol levels at night, which can be caused by high stress levels. This study proves CBD reduces cortisol levels. If you wake in the night, as many people do, you may need another dose of oral CBD to help get you back off to sleep quicker. CBD helps regulate your natural sleep pattern by communicating with the CBD1 receptors in your brain (the control centre for regulating sleep, mood, appetite, temperature and much more)

WHAT CBD DOSAGE DO I NEED FOR SLEEP?
Some people need a little and some people, say those with chronic insomnia, may need more. So a cup of CBD tea will be sufficient for some and a 36mg dose of the 25% CBD oil may be what others require. As always, start with a low dose and work up from there if you need to.
