Always talk to your doctor if you are taking any medication before taking CBD. We recommend taking CBD 2 hours either side of any medication you are taking, leave 4 hours either side for blood thinners, beta blockers, statins or blood pressure medications or any medications marked grapefruit contraindicated. This is to allow the liver to process them separately.
We at The Tonic encourage you to talk to your doctor before taking CBD and to research CBD independently. As CBD is a food supplement and not a medicine or designed to treat, cure or diagnose any disease and we abide by rules and regulations set by the MHRA, so we will not give any advice or information relating to medical conditions.
The Tonic does not manufacture, distribute or sell any product that violates the UK ‘Misuse of Drugs Act 1971’. THC levels in our products are below or equal to the legal limits according to UK law. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that they are in compliance with local legislation.
The FSA suggest a daily maximum of 10mg of CBD (October 2023) and not to take if you are pregnant.
The Tonic pricing
All prices are in GDP sterling found on The Tonic website include VAT and other relevant taxes imposed by the government.

The Tonic Tribe Ltd cannot be held accountable for any variation in the colour, smell or flavour of our products. The Tonic CBD is a natural product, and is therefore subject to natural variations. We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to restrict sales to any individual, third party, jurisdictional region, or geographic region at our discretion.
The Tonic billing information
Payment must be received from the customer before any goods are dispatched. The Tonic Tribe Ltd reserves the right to select and modify acceptable payment methods. The Tonic Tribe Ltd reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order or service at our discretion.
The customer agrees to ensure that all account information is up to date and relevant. The Tonic Tribe Ltd is not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by inaccurate information. In the event that the customer’s order or service is cancelled, limited or halted, The Tonic Tribe Ltd will endeavour within reasonable limits to contact the customer to explain the situation.
The Tonic returns policy
Our customers needs come first and we your experience of The Tonic products and services to meet your expectations. If, for whatever reason, you are unhappy with the product you have received, please do not hesitate to contact us within 28 days and we will resolve the issue as swiftly as we can.
The Tonic Legal Considerations
The Tonic Tribe Ltd abides by UK and EU law. Council Regulation (EC) 1672/2000 states that cannabis sativa plants containing 0.2% tetrahydrocannabinol or less can be approved for cultivation as hemp.
