Our Classic CBD Oil is made from organically grown hemp. It’s diluted in organic hemp seed oil (so we don’t waste any of the plant!) to attain the perfect concentration. It’s as natural, pure and as close to the plant as you can get. Being full spectrum, you will benefit from the whole array of cannabinoids, terpenes and flavinoids hemp has to offer.
How To Use
Spray beneath your tongue and hold for up to 90 seconds. The CBD will be absorbed directly into your bloodstream via your sublingual membrane.
Top tip – you can also use our Classic CBD oil topically, massaging it into any areas of the skin which need soothing or even into aching muscles or sore joints.

1 spray 1-3 x a day
10ml bottle contains 800mg CBD: 12mg per spray, 1 spray is 0.15ml, 66 sprays per bottle = 0.73p per dose
20ml bottle contains 1600mg CBD: 12mg of CBD per spray, 1 spray is 0.15ml, 132 sprays per bottle = 0.68p per dose

I had thought about trying CBD Oil for a year or so but didn’t know where to start. After contacting Kate for advice, she asked what my main issues were. I said that I had issues with sleep, hot flushes and aching muscles due to the menopause. I had also been recently diagnosed with skin cancer, so my anxiety levels had increased and I’d had to up my daily dose of Citalopram. I took Kates advice and bought the 8% Classic CBD Oil. I have to admit that I found the taste a bit off putting initially, but now I don’t mind it at all. I have only been using it for a couple of weeks, taking 1 drop around lunch time and 1 before bed. I have already noticed that my sleep has improved, I’m not getting quite as many hot flushes and I feel much calmer, meaning I have managed to reduce my Citalopram dose already. I have been used this oil for two weeks. Started with one drop per day and gradually increased my intake to two drops twice a day. I have hypermobile Ehlers Danlos Syndrome and spinal stenosis. I have to take strong pain medication morning and night and am trying to keep these to an absolute minimum. It’s too early to say if CBD is having a significant effect, but I am beginning to notice a reduction in my joint pain. Going to carry on adding the number of drops and strength of oil to establish the dosage that helps me best – my personal Goldilocks effect. Feeling very positive!
