Dosage
1 to 3 cups per day. Drink in the morning for focus and calm, day time for an energy boost or bedtime for a deeper sleep.
How to use
Following the amount per cup labelled on the tub, add 1 portion to the reusable tea bag or strainer, or 1 to 3 portions to a cafetiere or tea pot. Leave for 5 minutes so the CBD and flavours can fully infuse the water. Drink hot or allow to cool and add ice.
