I’ve been using 4% CBD spray from Tonic for more than two years now. I was suffering from premenopausal/menopause symptoms ranging from anxiety, sleep deprivation & low mood. This has been a real game changer for me this year. I've struggled with insomnia and stress related lack of sleep for many years.
