12mg of CBD per spray, 1 spray is 0.15ml, 66 sprays per bottle = 72p dose
20ml bottle, CBD oil 1600mg
12mg of CBD per spray, 1 spray is 0.15ml, 132 sprays per bottle = 68p dose
Start with 1-2 sprays daily, under the tongue and increase the dosage to where you feel comfortable. 1 x spray carries 12mg of CBD, which is more than a pipet droplet would, so bare this in mind if you’ve previously used pipets.
