It all depends on your personal preference. We can’t discuss ailments, symptoms or give medicinal advice due to the restrictions stipulated by the MHRA to which we adhere. We encourage everyone to research for themselves.

Yes! The Tonic Oil comes from cannabis sativa L plants grown legally on farms in the European Union. CBD is legal to buy throughout the European Union, with exception of Norway.

In other parts of the world the law can be less liberal so for that reason, regretfully, we don’t sell our products outside the EU.

No – our CBD products will not get you high.

Our products contain only teeny weeny trace amounts of THC because our CBD oil is truly Full Spectrum, but they contain less than the UK legal amount which is under 0.2mg per bottle. Therefore you will not experience any of those effects associated with THC nor will it show up on drugs tests.

We have been advised it doesn’t. If you stay within the recommended daily dosage, you will be fine. 

The THC levels in our products are ‘trace’, less than 0.3mg.

No CBD retailer is allowed by law to support charities who represent any medical condition. We can, however, support those charities that do not, for example community projects, animal welfare etc…

While CBD is legal throughout the European Union we still recommend caution when travelling with it. It is a cannabis product, after all, and there is a chance airport staff may confuse it for illegal cannabis products and seize it.
Ultimately it is your decision if you choose to travel with CBD products – and we have never heard of one of our customers getting in trouble for doing so, but you should bear in mind that probably not everyone who works in an airport will be aware of the legality of CBD, but everyone will know the illegality of cannabis in general.
When travelling outside of Europe we strongly recommend not travelling with CBD.

Always consult your doctor if you are on regular medication before taking CBD.

We suggest you leave a 2 hour gap between taking your medication and your CBD. If you are taking medication for heart conditions or blood thinners, leave a 4 hour gap. Avoid consuming grapefruit or derivatives of, when taking CBD as it can increase or inhibit the effects.

They are not as effective as the oils taken sublingually or the water-soluble ingested. This is because capsules have to go through your digestive system and not all the CBD will be absorbed as effectively as the other methods.

 

At the moment, we do not sell CBD Vape Oil. We don’t believe they are a safe, effective or economical way to take CBD.

Not all vape devices treat the CBD oil with the effectiveness or love that they should, so make sure you research well which device is best to use.

It’s also rare to get a full spectrum vape oil, most on the market are make with cbd isolate.

We ship to all countries across the world, with exception to those countries that are yet to legalise CBD. We cannot process card payments online for countries outside the UK, but you can select to ‘pay by direct bank transfer’ at the checkout.

We suggest all CBD products are kept in a cool dark space, like a cupboard. Do not refrigerate.

 

You need to keep the head of the bottles clean. The oil can act as a lubricant on the threads and this vacuum stops the lid properly sealing tight. If you still have issues, please get in touch and we will arrange a replacement.

When you first open your bottle, hold it over a sink and give it a few pumps/sprays. This gets it going. If this happens towards the end of the bottle, it’s due to the sediment in the oil blocking the nossle or if it has got cold it can solidify. Pump warm water throught the pump/spray until it runs through OK. If solidified, get the bottle warm with hot water or on a radiator and this should get it going again.

All our packages are sent out by Royal Mail signed for.

If you selected a Track and Sign option for deliery, your order completion email will carry the tracking number which you can click on. With Royal Mail, the tracking will only update once a delivery has been attempted or successfully delivered. As with our restrictions on advising for specific conditions, the same applies to our pets. It is entirely up to you. We can not advise on this.

Absolutely! Our Skin, Muscle and Joints Range are all topical cbd treatments. The 8% CBD Oil and 25% CBD oil are great for the skin too. The water-soluble 4% and water-soluble 8% are not suitable to apply directly to the skin.
