We recommend taking CBD 2 hours either side of any medication you are taking, leave 4 hours either side for blood thinners, beta blockers, statins or blood pressure medications or any medications marked grapefruit contraindicated. This is to allow the liver to process them separately.

The FSA suggest a daily maximum of 10mg of CBD (October 2023) and not to take if you are pregnant.
