So many people are removing alcohol from their lives, but this trend is opening us up to a huge choice of alcohol free (AF) alternatives to gin, ales, sparkling wines and much more.

Alcohol consumption has been on a steady decline in the UK since its peak in 2020, with around 20% of the population being teetotal. There’s many reasons for this, according to BMC Public Health research, with social trends, affordability and better understanding of the related health issues.

There is much evidence to prove regular alcohol consumption can affect one’s mental health, and although people may turn to drink to relax and switch off, it can increase stress and cause depression.

Mocktails are not a new thing, but these recipes have a new twist – CBD! Not only do these taste DELICIOUS, because of the added CBD, they will certainly induce a state of calm, helping you relax and switch off, without the negative side effects of a boozy cocktail.

Try these and let us know what you think…
