Description

These are not only convenient to use, but a great introduction to CBD or a secondary back-up when taking a regular oral dose of CBD. Stick a patch onto a specific area that might be causing you issues (like period cramps or backache), or apply to the upper thigh or arm for general wellbeing. The patch is transdermal, so the CBD steadily enters your bloodstream in a low, consistent dose, via your skin, working its magic where it’s needed.

How To Use
  • Apply the patch to a clean, dry and hair-free area of skin, avoiding oily, scarred or damaged skin. Upper arm, tummy, lower back or thigh is best.
  • Press down for a few seconds, ensuring it’s fully adhered
  • Remove and replace after 1 to 2 days
  • The adhesive is strong enough for you to wear when in the shower or bath, but don’t apply immediately before or after bathing, as this can compromise adhesion and efficacy
  • Remove the adhesive residue by rubbing away with an oil-based product (hot water and soap doesn’t work so well)
Dosage

1 patch per 24-36 hours, replacing every other day. Can be used in conjunction with our oral CBD oils.

    I’d never thought about CBD before, but a friend suggested I try it for my extremely bad back. I decided to order the CBD Patches, as they get right to the pain area. After one day, my pain was less, and it continues to be less. My Physio is delighted, as am I.

    I like dealing with The Tonic Tribe, there’s no endless phone menu, but a friendly lady to speak to, a reasonable price for the CBD, and it works. I think (and excuse the pun) they are a patch above the rest!!!

    I’m sorry you didn’t benefit from pain as you expected, but great you noticed a reduction in stress. We would always recommend to continue taking CBD for at least 3 weeks if you don’t notice initial changes. This is because some people’s endocannabinoid systems take time to get going and some chronic issues just needing a few weeks on regular doses of CBD for the effects to be noticble. Don’t worry – the CBD will be working its magic in the background even if you don’t feel a change at first. I do hope you persevere with the patches, or try an oral form of CBD next time.

    Well thought I’d try these to help with lower back pain..did notice reduction in pain over 1st week and now after a couple of weeks no pain or stiffness. I’m totally amazed how this has worked for me, I’ve had chronic back pain for over 30 years, so I’m totally sold on this…hopefully no more easy route out for GP’s just prescribing strong painkillers…and I would say my anxiety and mood is better also….     I’ve been using the 30mg cbd patches for about 2 weeks now and I can honestly say that I’m really happy with the results! I’m reaching for pain killers far less frequently and I really notice if I miss a day. I’ve been eeking them out for 36-48 hours, but I think 24-36 is much more effective. I would definitely recommend, especially if you have chronic pain.

    Sadly these patches did nothing for my serious and long term lower back pain- I really hoped and expected them to but there was no improvement after 6 days so I’ve stopped using them. Keeping the rest in case they work for some other problem in the future. I do think there was some reduction in feelings of stress, but overall there was not enough benefit to use for just that purpose.

    Brilliant for back pain but so good for when I’m feeling a bit anxious or sad. You don’t really notice it until suddenly you realise you feel better. I have the spray too, 8% oil but I keep that for emergencies! The patches are gentler and more subtle.

    Suffering with lower back pain from collapsed discs and scar tissue from previous surgeries, I was sceptical about these patches, but I wanted to give them a go, and to be honest I was prepared for them not to work. However, after sticking a patch on and then forgetting about it (a 30mg patch for 36hrs) my pain disappeared. I still have an ache, but no sharp pains. That is a huge bonus for me I have even noticeably cut down on painkillers.
