How To Use

For a quick hit, spray into your mouth and immediately swallow, or add to your bedtime drink or breakfast. For a microdose effect, add a spray to your water bottle and sup throughout the day.

Dosage

1 spray 1-3 x a day

10ml bottle contains 400mg CBD: 6mg per spray, 1 spray is 0.15ml, 66 sprays per bottle = 0.73p per dose

20ml bottle contains 800mg CBD: 6mg of CBD per spray, 1 spray is 0.15ml, 132 sprays per bottle = 0.68p per dose

    I first started using The Tonic’s 4% Water Soluble CBD to help with pain in my joints after starting with breast cancer medication following mastectomy.
    It helped for my pain and after a year I stopped it and was fine for a while. However, recently I have experienced an escalation of joint and muscle pain and was relying on NSAID’s. They didn’t stop the pain and gave me gastritis. Feeling miserable I decided to try CBD again, but the higher concentration – the 8% – as I was desperate.
    Within days my pain reduced to a manageable level. I still require paracetamol occasionally, but generally feel so much better. I find it challenging to afford the CBD, however I will do without other things so I can afford it !

    This is by far the best CBD oil that I have found. It is easy to take and is so much tastier than other companies CBD oils that I’ve tried before. I started taking it to help with my menopausal insomnia but have found that it helps massively with my aches and pains – an added bonus for sure. Kate is second to none if you need any help or advice, she’s a CBD encyclopedia (and funny too, just watch her Instagram stories if you need a pick me up!).

    I came across this product at the Happy Place festival. I had previously been taking an oil that you hold under your tongue that I picked up from a well know high street chain. This is far more effective. I use it to help with my night terrors and it really is like a magic bullet. I have had them all of my adult life but two sprays of this directly on to my tongue every night and they completely disappear! I don’t usually write reviews but I feel this is such a great product that I want to let everyone know. I ran out of the spray 2 days ago and for the last two nights I have woken up with the terrors again; as such I am about to set up a subscription so that I never run out again,
